Bolo de Fuba com Goiabada

Brazilian Corn Bread with Guava Paste


Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 coup cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup guava paste pieces (cubes)

1. Mix all ingredients together except guava paste pieces
2. Stir in guava pieces
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes in a bundt pan
